No matter the level you have achieved in the Compensation Plan, if you or your new Marketing Associates sell NQI products, develop sales organizations, and you qualify in accordance with the terms of the Uni-Flex Wealth Builder Compensation Plan, you will receive Royalties, Wholesale Profits and or Bonuses. Step 1 Becoming an NQI Marketing Associate The first thing you do is simply fill out the Application and Agreement ("Application") and mail or fax it to our corporate offices in Santa Ana, California, along with the appropriate application fee. From the moment your Application is accepted, you will be entitled to a 15% discount on all NQI products. (The Application can be found at the back of the Compensation Plan.) You will be assigned your own Independent Marketing Associate Identification Number (ID number), and this will serve to help the computer track all sales and purchase activity you generate, ensuring you get paid your proper compensation. You are also now entitled to share with others the opportunity to become a Marketing Associate. This, along with helping to train those we bring into the program is what we call "sponsoring". Again, by use of your ID number, the computer will track all sales and purchases of your organization to ensure you are compensated properly for all product volume your organization generates. As soon as we accept your Application, we'll ship your NQI Success Journal. With it you'll learn about all the quick-and-easy, step by-step marketing tools available to you to help you maximize your success as a Marketing Associate. Step 2 Reaching the Team Member Level If you wish to get your career with NQI off to a race-winning, big-volume start, you'll want to become a Team Member, which you can easily do by either of these two options. Here's all you need to do: Immediately achieve the Team Member level by sending in your order for the $500 Fast Start Pak right along with your Application. This allows you to have product on hand and ready to sell at once. The $500 Fast Start Pak may contain a variety of NQI products, sold to you at a 15% discount. After this initial purchase, your discount for all future products immediately becomes our top discount of 30%. In addition, by introducing others to the NQI opportunity your organization will start to grow, and for those who elect to get started with the $500 Fast Start Pak, they too can start immediately at the Team Member level, and you'll be entitled to a $150 Fast Start Bonus. The $ 150 Fast Start Bonus is paid out to the first active Team Member or above each time a Marketing Associate is sponsored into the program that elects to go to the Team Member Level through the purchase of the $500 Fast Start Pak. This is another great reason to get to the Team Member Level as quickly as possible so as to start earning the $150 Fast Start Bonus. The more newly sponsored Marketing Associates you are able to show the benefits of the $500 Fast Start Pak, the more income you generate immediately. As an example, you share the benefits of the Team Member Level with 5 Marketing Associates who choose to move forward with the $500 Fast Start Pak and you make $750 in Fast Start Bonuses alone. This does not include any Retail or Wholesale profits from additional purchases by your down-line over and above the Bonus programs. Here's the other path to becoming a Team Member quickly and easily. Occasionally, a Marketing Associate aspiring to the Team Member level just does not currently have the $500 for the Fast Start Pak. So, we've eliminated the barriers and provided another quick-start method. With this option, you and your organization can generate sales of $500 in Wholesale Volume, and best of all; you have up to one month to achieve this. This simply means that you need to sell 10 bottles of Rest-Q within your newly developed organization. At the beginning of the next pay period, you will be promoted to the Team Member Level of achievement. When you purchase product from the Company, we call this Personal Wholesale Volume (PWV). When the Marketing Associates in your organization purchase product from NQI for resale, this is called Group Wholesale Volume (GWV). With Option B, you are required to purchase a minimum of only $100 in PWV; those in your organization can purchase the remainder. So, whether you purchase the entire $500 in Personal Wholesale Volume (PWV) or whether $400 is generated as Group Wholesale Volume (GWV) along with your $100 PWV, you will qualify for the Team Member Level of achievement. This promotion to the Team Member Level will occur the following pay period and all benefits of this position will come into effect at that time. *The $150 Fast Start Bonus is paid along with Wholesale Profits on other non bonus GWV regardless of whether you are participating in the Premier Member autoship Program or not, if you remain active. Simply put, no additional qualifications are required to receive your Fast Start Bonuses. Why You Want to be an "active" Team Member
With this business, you have flexibility There are two ways you can make it to the top in the NQI success story: 1. Personal Sales (Retail Profit)Build your business on marketing the NQI product line. With this method, after achieving the Team Member level, you'll receive your full 30% discount off the suggested retail price for any NQI product. Whenever a customer purchases the products from you, you will earn the difference between the amount you paid for the product and the retail price paid by the customer. The company provides a suggested retail price for all products. However, as an independent businessperson, the price at which you sell any NQI product is entirely at your discretion.2. Bringing others into the NQI Business
How do I handle Sales Tax, Shipping and Handling Charges? Whenever you place a product order, you will be required to include applicable sales tax on the suggested retail price plus shipping and handling charges in your payment for each order. These charges are normal costs of doing business. You may recover these costs whenever you sell the products by including the same charges (sales tax, shipping and handling) in your selling price.

Advance to the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Levels The various levels of the Uni-Flex Wealth Builder Compensation Plan are designed to turbo-charge your income in order to further assist you in achieving your goal of a dynamic financial future. The key to achieving these Team Levels is developing leadership and generating sales volume within your own organization. At NQI, we will help you along the journey of becoming more than you ever imagined, but we will also show you a proven step-by-step plan of action to develop leadership within your organization. What you need to provide is the "You" Factor. As you work with and develop other Independent Marketing Associates (IMA's), you will find your organization growing. As soon as you have worked with and developed three (3) individuals from three (3) separate legs of your organization who, in the qualifying month, also achieve the Member Level and are active by generating a minimum of $100 Personal Wholesale Volume each month, you will be advanced to the position of Bronze at the beginning of the following pay period. You qualify as a Bronze and are promoted to this achievement level, receiving full benefits of that position, starting from the first day of the following pay period. At the Bronze Level you are now entitled to receive an 8% Royalty on two (2) levels and a 10% Royalty on your third (3) level of all Members or above within your entire organization. This represents a substantial increase in income potential to you. In order to be active at the Bronze Level, you are only required to maintain a minimum of $150 in Personal Wholesale Volume (or $100 on autoship), each month. It is strongly recommended you achieve this volume requirement through the Premier Member autoship Program. Royalties are calculated on the Bonus Volume of each product. Bronze Level Benefits Recap:
Your next achievement level to reach for is the Silver Level. As soon as you work with and develop three (3) individuals from three (3) separate legs of your organization in the qualifying month, who also achieve the Bronze Level, and you are active by generating a minimum of $150 Personal Wholesale Volume (or $100 on autoship), you will be promoted to the Silver Level at the beginning of the following pay period. At this position, you are rewarded with not only an 8% Royalty on your first two (2) levels and a 10% Royalty paid on your third (3) and fourth (4) levels on all Members or above within your entire organization, but you are now entitled to earn an additional 3% Leadership Infinity Bonus** paid up to the next active Silver Member. ** The Leadership Infinity Bonus is paid on every level up to and including the next Team Member or above that is earning an equal or greater Leadership Infinity Bonus. You will earn the difference between your Infinity % and the lesser Infinity % of the position in any given leg below you. As you work with and develop three (3) qualified Silvers in three (3) separate legs of your organization in the qualifying month, who also achieve the Silver Level and are active by generating a minimum of $150 Personal Wholesale Volume (or $100 on autoship), you will be promoted to the much sought after Gold Level at the beginning of the following pay period. You will now be entitled to an 8% Royalty on your first two (2) Levels and a 10% Royalty on your third, fourth, and fifth levels of all Members or above in your entire organization. In addition, your Leadership Infinity Bonus** is now increased from 3% to an incredible 6% paid up to the next active Gold Member or 3% up to your next active Silver Member. In order to assure payment of your benefits as a Gold Member, you are required to remain active by producing $250 in Personal Wholesale Volume (or $200 on autoship) per month as well as achieve $15,000 in Group Wholesale Volume (GWV) within the first four (4) full levels of your organization within any consecutive monthly pay period. Those who have put in the effort and thus receive the tremendous benefits and rewards achieve the prestigious position of Platinum Member. With each step along the journey to financial freedom, the NQI Uni-Flex Wealth Builder Compensation Plan is designed to reward outstanding effort with outstanding earning potential. With the Platinum Level you are able to create your own level of financial success while being recognized for your training and leadership development skills. At the Platinum Level you will be rewarded with not only receiving an 8% Royalty on your first two (2) levels, as well as a 10% Royalty through your third, fourth, and fifth levels of all Members or above in your entire organization, but also a Leadership Infinity Bonus of now 9% paid up to the next active Platinum Member, with a 6% and 3% as per the next active Gold and Silver Members in your organization. In order to achieve the Platinum Level you must be active as a Gold Member and are required to have a minimum of three (3) qualified Gold Members from three (3) separate legs in the qualifying month within your organization who are active. You will be required to remain active by generating $250 in Personal Wholesale Volume (or $200 on autoship) per month. Again it is strongly recommended that you achieve your volume requirements through the Premier Member autoship Program. You will also be required to achieve $35,000 in Group Wholesale Volume (GWV) within a consecutive pay period, within your first five (5) full levels. Once this is achieved you will be promoted to the Platinum Level the following pay period. Royalties are calculated on the Bonus Volume of each product. Platinum Member Level Benefits Recap:
** The Leadership Infinity Bonus is paid on every level up to and including the next Team Member or above that is earning an equal or greater Leadership Infinity Bonus. You will earn the difference between your Infinity % and the lesser Infinity % of the position in any given leg below you. Those IMA's reaching this highest level of achievement will receive the highest rewards for their dedication to achieving excellence. At the Diamond Level you will receive all of the benefits listed above for the Platinum Level plus an additional 2% Diamond Bonus on five (5) full levels of all Platinum Members within your organization. In order to achieve the Diamond Level you must be active as a Platinum Member and are required to have at least two (2) qualified Platinum Members in the qualifying month within your organization that are active. The same qualification requirements apply as per Platinum Members above; the Personal Wholesale Volume requirement is now $750 a month. It is strongly recommended that you achieve this through the Premier Member autoship Program. Royalties are calculated on the Bonus Volume of each product. Diamond Member Level Benefits Recap: Same as Platinum Member plus an additional 2% Diamond Bonus on five (5) full levels of all Platinum Members within your organization.
** The Leadership Infinity Bonus is paid on every level up to and including the next Team Member or above that is earning an equal or greater Leadership Infinity Bonus. You will earn the difference between your Infinity % and the lesser Infinity % of the position in any given leg below you. Note on Infinity Bonuses: The Leadership Infinity Bonus is calculated on the Business Volume of each pay period generated by your entire organization, provided you continue to meet the requirements of maintaining active status by producing a minimum in PWV, GWV and PGV as outlined in the marketing plan. It is strongly recommended that you achieve PWV requirements through the Premier Member autoship Program. In addition, your Leadership Infinity Bonus** can increase from 3% to an incredible 6% from then on, as long as you maintain an active status. This means you can earn up to 13% for five (5) full generations and 6% paid up to the next active Team Member or 3% up to your next active Team Member. |
